I'M LOOKING FOR A DANISH TRANSLATOR, IF INTRESETED, EMAIL ME
We lost Morten Benjamin last week, cause an all Unders final was too good to be true. Thankfully, my two girls remain and they'll battle against Sveinur in the hopes of becoming the winner. By the end of the night, one of Line, Ida or Sveinur will be taking the crown but that's not before they duet with Denmark's biggest artists, Oh Land, Alphabeat and Lukas Graham, plus a special Medina performance. Who'll be the winner tonight?! ... It's time to face the music!
Recap after the JUMP ...
Round 1
Ida
"Paradise" (Coldplay) - 10/10 - Had any doubt Ida was winning this show? If so, just watch her "Paradise" rendition and every doubt will be dispelled. Last week I said Ida had her moment with "Dreams" but honestly, this is the moment every singing competition contestant dies for. And that was a performance to die for! It reminded me to Annelouise's "Breath Me", it was that good. Everything about it was heavenly, out of this world from beginning to end. Ida has just won this ...
"Criminal Mind"/Duet: "Ordinary Things" (Lukas Graham) - 9/10 - I've never heard of Lukas before, and just like it happened last year with Fallulah, he's completely blowing me away! He's Maverick Sabre meets Professor Green, I'd be sure to buy his album once it's out. The "Ordinary Things" duo with Ida sounds great too but honestly, he sounds much better than her, after all, it is his song, Ida did good enough though.

Sveinur
"Hysteria" (Muse) - 7/10 - This probably isn't the right song for Sveinur, specially on the final. It's a really dark pick and almost no one, but Muse fans, are familiar with it. On the bright side, Sveinur looked quite amazing on that white outfit, everything about him screamed rock star, we can even say that he rocked the stage. Cutfather was a little overpraising of this performance, cause let's face it, it wasn't that great.
"Speak Out Now"/Duet: "Sun of a Gun" (Oh Land) - 7,5/10 - Oh Land first performs her newest single, a song Phuong og Rasmus sang on the first liveshow, and ultimately got them cut. Thankfully for her, she's not in the competition. Honestly, I was expecting Oh Land to sing either with Line or Ida, and Sveinur to sing with Lukas. They sound great together though, and despite Sveinur hits some awful notes cause it's too high pitched for his voice, the rest of the performance is worthy of a finalist.

Line
"Skyscraper" (Demi Lovato) - 7/10 - She started a little quiet and forgot some lines but that didn't ruin the performance, or Line's confidence, at all. She soon managed to sort out those problems and deliver the pitch perfect performances she's used to. This was probably her worst but just cause her nerves got the best of her, cause vocally, it was still amazing. And you've got to wonder, if this was Line's worst performance, how will her best look like?!
"Vacation"/Duet: "The Spell" (Alphabeat) - 9/10 - What I like the most about Alphabeat is how colourful their performances are, I know, quite silly. Oh! Balloon shower! Line sounds incredible on "The Spell", it's actually much better than the original if you ask me. Also worth noting, Line looked gorgeous tonight, she's definitely a star. I'm rooting for her!

3rd Place:
Sveinur
Let me say I'm incrediblly happy by this! I was expecting Ida to be in the final cause she's been the frontrunner from the very beginning but I also expected Sveinur to make it with her. Glad that wasn't the case! I like him but I just love Line much more. Line's a true darkhorse, she had almost no exposure in the first rounds and now she's in the final! I'll be happy if any of them wins! What a great season!
The X Factor All Stars take the stage to perform a mega medley. Asian Sensation perform with this years unsuccessful auditionees sucking very hardly and ruining Pink Floyd's "The Wall" forever. Thankfully, the actually talented past contestants return to save the day, that includes Babou, Laura, Sidsel (OMG!!! LOVE HER), Rasmus, Frederik, Rikke & Trine, Mohamed, Annelouise (amazing as usual, she needs to be signed asap), all singing "Without You". After that, past winners, Sarah and Linda take on "Stronger". I still can't accept the fact that Linda was dropped by her label. The bigger question here still was, where the hell was Patricia?!
For the first time, both finalists are getting their own song, which they had the chance to co-wrote. It'll be very interesting to see what they've to offer ... I won't give any points for this performances, cause I love them both. Too different to even compare them.

Line
"Efter Dig" - Line's debut single sounds like something Medina will sing, after all the song was written by one of the guys behind many of her hits and I'm glad Line got to collaborate with him, cause I've always said that she is a little Medina. The song reminds me to "Kl 10" a song I love. The red staging looks amazing but more amazing is the song iteslf. It's incrediblly catchy and it's got a great chart appeal. If she wins this thing, this will certainly became a hit, and if she doesn't, I'm confident it will also be one.
Ida
"I Can Be" - If you were expecting the typical winner's single from Ida, you are gonna be totally dissapointed. Nothing about Ida's song is typical. You thought Sarah's "Min øjesten" was good? Really? (Seriously now, was that song considered good by anyone?) "I Can Be" is a cute indie song which totally represents Ida's style. It's similar to Jenny Langlo's "Building an Aeroplane" in a way but will it be the ultimate winner's single?
And the Winner is ...

Linda was dropped by her label because she was Denmark's worst selling X Factor artist ever.

I know, still can't accept it :(
