X Factor Denmark 2014: Top 3 Perform: The Final

Sadly, Pernille Nordtrop left us last week after delivering what was, arguably, the best performance of the season. Only 3 remain now, folky Lucy Mardou, funky Anthony Jasmin and pop-star-to-be Henriette Haubjerg, and by the end of the night, one will be crowned the winner. Who will succeed Chresten? ... It's time to face the music!

We finally said goodbye to ManBand last week. Now, only 4 remain, 2 Overs and 1 from the Under 23s and the Groups. Only 3 will be making it to next week's final, who will it be? ... It's time to face the music!

Steffen Gilmartin was the latest casualty after finding himself in the B2 with fellow Over 23s contestant Pernille. While saddened by his elimination, I can't say I'm pissed at the judges, after all, Pernille is a star that should be rewarded. This week's theme is British music and with it, another act will bite the dust, who will it be? ... It's time to face the music!

Another Under 23 contestant, Fie Winther, left last week after finding herself in the B2 with the other remaining contestant of the category, Henriette. Tonight, the remaining finalists will take on Eurovision songs, given that Denmark was the latest country to win said contest with Emmelie de Forest's "Only Teardrops". Who'll prove worthy of representing their country? ... It's time to face the music!

Blachman was the first judge to lose an act as his manufactured group Lickety-Split was sent home after a decent "La la la" rendition. Now, the 8 remaining finalists will take on Danish music and one more will be leaving us after disappointing their country. Who will it be? ... It's time to face the music!

Bootcamp wasn't as great as it could've been but it still gave us some performances worth remembering, specially Lucy's. In this stage, the Top 24 will perform in front of their judge, who will cut them down to 15 before deciding which 3 acts they'll take to the liveshows. Who'll make it? ... While the auditions were slightly disappointing, we still got to see some potential stars, such as Lucy, Dannie, Pernille and Chaimae. The X Factor Denmark is back to where it started! Thomas Blachman is joined by former judges, Remee and Lina Rafn with
Eva Harlou as the new host. This year the auditions are now longer in front of a live audience, instead, the contestants will perform only for the judges, with an instrument or acapella. Who will be Chresten's successor?... It's time to face the music!

She'll always be remembered as that phenomenal singer who shockingly missed the final on the sixth season of the Danish XF. Amanda was the front runner from the very beginning yet she only placed 4th in the competition. It's hard to say what went wrong, since the girl didn't miss a beat in the entire competition. This is my chat with her, in which she answered some burning questions for us. Like, who was the master mind behind those amazing songs, why we saw her cry during the JH and what's next for her. If you ask me, brilliance.

Chameleon Stephanie left the show last week, leaving us with only 4 contestants fighting for the title, Anne's manufactured boyband Wasteland, Blachman's lasses Karoline and Amanda and Ida's Over Chresten, but one more must go home before next week's big final. They will sing two songs tonight, one picked by the viewers and one picked by the judges. Also worth noting, last year's winner, Ida, returns with her new single "Underdog"! Who will the unlucky one be? ... It's time to face the music!

Constant improvement isn't always rewarded, and that was the case for Anna og Lusanda, who were sent home after their best performance when facing Wasteland in the B2. This week's theme is Danish music, which always brings us some interesting choices. This year is no exception, with picks including Mads Langer, Broen's theme and Marie Frank. ... We waved goodbye to fan favourites Sarah and Emil last week with Blachman facing the toughest decision since eliminating Tandberg og Østenby, his own group, last season. Only 9 remain now, Anne's manufactured groups Wasteland, Anna og Lusanda and Lotus, Ida's Overs, Chresten, Jonas and Stephanie and Thomas' Unders, Karoline, Zaina and Amanda. The theme tonight is "Hope", whatever that could mean. But who'll be hopeless when we dim the lights? ... It's time to face the music!

My favourite stage of the competition has finally arrived, judges houses! The remaining 24 acts will be transported to fancy Danish manors in which they'll sing for a place in the liveshows. The judges will whittle them down to 5 first, then picking 3 final acts to take threw to the next stage of the competition. Will your fave make it? ... It's time to face the music!
