I'm currently looking for some new writers in order to expand the blog given that I can't post the amount of things I'd like to. So if you are interested in writing about anything related to music (news, TV shows, album reviews, introducing artists) just drop me an email to musicisthedoor@gmail.com and we can discuss some of your ideas.

Without a doubt one of the most exciting acts of the year, London born, Irish raised Michael Stafford, who goes by the name Maverick Sabre and is mainly known for his appearence on Professor Green's "Jungle", is now trying to make a name of his own, and with the release of his debut album "Lonely and the Brave" on February 6, that is definitely happening. The Mercury artist's got one of the most intriguing tones and his soulful sound with a touch of reggae and his rich eerie vocals makes him a really unique male artist among many one dimensonal singers. "Let Me Go", which was his debut single charting at #16, is one of his strongest tunes, showing his urban stylings and his major chart appeal, which reassures the fact that this young artist will be reall big.
