"Closer To Fine" (Indigo Girls) - 6,5/10 - She made an interesting song choice for her audition which, in my opinion, didn't do her any favours. Still, Hanne and Yosef decided to give Hege a chance and here she is. I'm not sure I'd classify her as a country singer but what she's showing tonight clearly points in that direction. That may be cause the song isn't a good one though. Honestly, she sounded better in her audition and that's not saying much. She has a nice tone but she need to pick better songs in the future. - VIDEO

Elisabeth Kristensen

"Emmylou" (First Aid Kit) - 9/10 - Elisabeth's got an incrediblly deep sound, very original. It's one that makes you belive every word she's singing. I've not heard someone like her for a while, she reminds me to Beth Hart in a strange way. "Emmylou" is the perfect song for her, it's maybe the only good decision Hanne's made tonight. The way Elisabeth's sang that song was really special, I've not much to say actually, just that it was beautiful. - VIDEO

Ole Alexander Mæland

"Adle Verdens Finaste Ting" (Arne Hovda og Tore Renberg) - 6/10 - He was one of the few to take on a norwegian song during the blind auditions and since that worked so well, he's doing it once more. Ole is also Inge Andreas Jacobsen cousin, who's in Team Sondre. I like his performing skills, the way he moved around during his audition was quite entertaining. He's toned down his energy tonight and I'm actually liking his voice a lot better, I thought it was a little shouty before. It was very nice but I'm not sure how this will do with the voters. - VIDEO

Frid Nordheim

"Russian Roulette" (Rihanna) - 3/10 - Her husband, Odd, went home last week after an impressive renditions of Frank Ocean's "Swim Good". Frid struggled during the blind auditions, whereas Odd sailed through easily. That said and adding to that how awful her first live performance was, it'll be really hard to imagine a world in which she's still here next week. I don't like her voice at all, it's too deep and it sounds forced. That was just bad karaoke. Had she auditioned with her husband as a duo, both may still be in. - VIDEO

Suzana Costa Johansen

"Buses And Trains" (Bachelor Girl) - 7/10 - I've never heard this song or it's artist but that seems to be a recurring theme with her, I've never heard her audition song either. Suzana was one of the few to have to sing once more after she won her battle, winning the final place in Hanne's team. Suzana's voice is very sweet but she's missing something. Definitely not the worst in her team but there's a sparkle missing in her eyes, it almost seems she's not enjoying it. Either way, she'll be here next week cause I've seen worse tonight. - VIDEO

Inge Andreas Jacobsen

"Time To Go" (TV Experience) - 3/10 - Inge's got a commercial style, he could easily be molded into a pop act, maybe make him join a boyband. However, what he showed tonight isn't gonna win him any new fans. His voice sounded incredibly boring plus he wasn't really connecting with the song. The melody felt disjointed and he really wasn't connecting with the song, a hard thing cause it wasn't particularly emotional on it's own. Inge's chances of staying look very slim. - VIDEO

Eli Van Der Eyden

"The Winner Takes It All" (Abba) - 7/10 - Her "Ambitions" cover was one of the best auditions of the series and it definitely made her one of my faves. She reminds me to Silje only that I like Eli more. She's got a warmer sound and she shows much more connection with the lyrics. I'm still not sure why Sondre made her sing in the sing off, maybe cause he knew he screwed her during the battles. She's here now though but unfortunately, Sondre did it again. This song isn't what she should be doing. Yeah, she gave it the "Ambitions" trearment and it was nice but it didn't allow her to show her true potential. I hope she's still here next week. - VIDEO

Ida Hanevold

"Times Like This" (Foo Fighters) - 8,5/10 - Ida delivered a beautiful rendition of "Turning Tables" during her audition and such as Eli before her, Ida's voice is really unique, maybe not her voice, but her style. This is really great. I'm doubting the song was the right one for her but she did show a lot of connection with it and that's what it's all about. Her voice was lovely, very soothing. Plus she reworked a Foo Fighters song, so I've got to give her credit for that.  - VIDEO

Hans Petter Hammersmark

 Photobucket

"Seven Nation Army" (White Stripes) - 8/10 - His look doesn't match his sound at all. I was expecting another boring One Direction rip off but I was gladly surprised with his soulish tone during his audition. He's pure soul once more tonight. I'd lose the bow tie, it still brings me Pip (The Voice US) nightmares. Either way, Hans's got a distinctive tone and his performances are pretty entertaining. I'm still left wondering how his original material would sound like cause I'm not sure he's found his sound yet. - VIDEO

Aleksander Walmann Åsgården

 Photobucket

"The Outsiders" (NeedToBreathe) - 7,5/10 - Aleksander is the quirky dude who took on Ed Sheeran during the auditions and has since became the frontrunner. His tone is just fantastic and with some coaching, he can become a serious star. That said, he's not showing much of his potential on this performance, mainly because the song choice is a little bland. He did sounded terrific but the song was missing emotion and dynamism, there wasn't a moment there and he'll need one if he wants to win. - VIDEO

Eliminated Contestants:

Inge Andreas Jacobsen
Eli Van Der Eyden
Ole Alexander Mæland
Frid Nordheim

It was interesting to see that Elisabeth and Hans got the most votes in their respective teams. I was definitely expceting Alexander to get them. Saving Suzana and Ida was an obvious move but it was the right one. Regarding the lowest vote getters, Frid and Inge Andreas were the worst in their team so there was no surprise there. The most shocking moment was when Sondre was left to decide between Eli and Alexander, who I thought was the clear frontrunner of this competition. Sondre decided to chose him and though I'm really pissed Eli had to go, Alexander was always Sondre's pick. On Hanne's side, I'm glad Hege got another week, I was expecting her to go tonight but thankfully, Hanne made the right decision and sent Ole Alexander home.
