I'm currently looking for some new writers in order to expand the blog given that I can't post the amount of things I'd like to. So if you are interested in writing about anything related to music (news, TV shows, album reviews, introducing artists) just drop me an email to musicisthedoor@gmail.com and we can discuss some of your ideas.
Phoenix: Lisztomania Video Premiere

"Lisztomania" is the second single from Phoenix's fourth album "Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix". It was released on July 7, 2009. The term used for the title, "Lisztomania", was coined by the German romantic literary figure Heinrich Heine to describe the massive public response to Franz Liszt's virtuosic piano performances. There were allegedly screaming women at these performances, and the audience was sometimes limited to a standing room only. It has also been featured in a trailer for Valentine's Day.
