I'm currently looking for some new writers in order to expand the blog given that I can't post the amount of things I'd like to. So if you are interested in writing about anything related to music (news, TV shows, album reviews, introducing artists) just drop me an email to musicisthedoor@gmail.com and we can discuss some of your ideas.

Beautiful Lucie Jones, X Factor eight place finalist, was almost immediatly signed by Select Model Management after being eliminated from the show, and later released her first photo shoots on January 2010. On April 26, 2010, she participated on a cover of "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" for Race for Life along with other celebrities. In May she was signed by Cameron Mackintosh to play Cosette in the West End production of Les Miserables.
Watch the video, read my comments and watch Lucie's photo shoots after the JUMP ...
Pretty predictable cover, and I didn't enjoy it much. The only worth watching part are Lucie's lines, which are pretty good, but apart from that, it's just a decent cover by decent singers. But it is for a good cause, that's why it peaked #7 on the UK Indie Charts.
Photo Shoots:
Lucie looks beautiful in all of them, at least she can be a model if she fails as a singer, which I hope isn't true.
