I'm currently looking for some new writers in order to expand the blog given that I can't post the amount of things I'd like to. So if you are interested in writing about anything related to music (news, TV shows, album reviews, introducing artists) just drop me an email to musicisthedoor@gmail.com and we can discuss some of your ideas.

The show is a hit in Australia and there's no wonder that this young kid is also one. The album is composed bascially by covers, with the exception of first single "Yes I Am" and "Fly", both penned by Jack and Erana Clark (Australian Idol vocal coach) and despite the massive turn down that a covers album is, Jack manages to pull it through delivering strong vocals in every single song. Not to mention he's tackling massive songs such as "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going", Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain" and "Hero". There are even times that you forget that a 14 y/o is singing, or even that it's a boy, and not a girl, like it happens with "Glitter In the Air". However, Jack proves he's an incredible singer in every song, wheter it's RnB influenced "Fly", sweet "Loving You" or his gospel inspired title track. There's definitely a great carrer ahead for him.
