MDS Sound of 2012: Jodie Marie

With a voice that reminds of a bluesier Adele or even of newcomer Birdy, this Welsh 20 y/o is one of Verve's newest artists and hopes for 2012. Jodie has already released three fantastic singles, "Single Blank Canvas", "On The Road" and "I Got You", which not only show her amazing writing skills but what an incredible singer she is, with her mature and fresh voice. The debut "Mountain Echo" is due for release on March 13, 2012 and if all of her songs sound like her singles, I'm sensing a hit ...
